Trying to get that "low v" in your abs? Well, one of the exercises that focuses on tightening and toning the lower abs are to do hanging leg lifts or lying leg lifts to build strength and tone up your core.
There are different variations you can do of leg lifts (as shown in the video) whether you are a beginner or more advanced. For starting out, you can perform leg lifts by lying on the ground or a bench or placing your hands above head and holding on to something while slowly lifting and lowering your legs up off the ground. For more advanced, you can grab a pull-up bar to hang from and withotu' swinging slowly lift and lower your legs in a controlled movement.
