To make a delicious stack of 4 Protein Pancakes, simply take 1 scoop of your ABS mix + 1 whole egg and 1/3 cup of water, mix it all together then pour onto a medium heat griddle into 4 individual protein pancakes.
For baking, we have dozens of recipes here
that you can follow using your mix or you can take any baking recipe and replace up to 1/3 of the amount of flour called for in your recipe with your ABS Protein Baking Mix to lower the carbs, lower the sugar, and add more protein.
