At Home Dumbbell Strength Training Workout Video

This workout focuses on Dumbbell Strength Training so when choosing your dumbbell weight, you want to choose a weight that is heavier than you normally would.

There are 3 Different Strength Sets:

  • Set 1- Every 90 Seconds for 5 Rounds perform 5 Heavy Dumbbell Push Jerks + 5 Dumbbell Front Squats. After all 5 Rounds-Immediately move to Strength set 2.
  • Set 2- Every 60 Seconds for 10:00 perform 5 Dumbbell Snatches (5 on each side) with 5 Bent Over Rows on each side. After 10:00, rest 90 seconds then perform set 3.
  • Set 3- Every 60 seconds for 5 Rounds (5:00 Total) perform 10 Deficit Pushups + 10 Mountain Climber Twist.

This entire Strength Workout should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. Again, focus on form while also choosing a weight that challenges you and is heavier than normal. You can watch the video and do the entire workout with me following along with me as your coach!
