This workout is strength focused on strengthening and sculpting your arms with your biceps, triceps and shoulders.
You will need 1 pair of dumbbells and a bench or chair to do this workout with me.
We will perform 3 Giant Sets total with 3 sets of each and 8 reps of each exercise:
