Hey guys! Welcome to this core and AB workout.
By popular demand, this one won't take you longer than 10 minutes. The whole idea is to keep your rest time at a minimum. You don't need any equipment, as you will rely on your own body weight.
This workout consists of three rounds and a rep scheme of 30-20-10-5 for each round. You will do: (Check the video for visual guides)
