ABS Protein "Brookie" Cake! A Brownie & Cookie Cake in One!

Calories: 304 Healthy Fats: 19g Carbs: 22g (14g net) Fiber: 8g Sugar: 2g Protein: 20g


Ingredients for ABS Protein Brownie Portion:

1 Scoop Chocolate Chip ABS Protein Pancakes Mix

2 Whole Eggs

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Tbsp. Butter

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup (1/2 Cup)

2 Tbsp of Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

1/2 Cup Almond Flour

Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie:


Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a separate bowl, mix up all of the brownie mix by following these instructions: Mix all of your dry ingredients into a mix bowl and stir together then set to the side. Using a microwave safe container combine 2 tbsp of butter, 1/2 cup lilys dark chocolate chip and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir chocolate until it is smooth and glossy. Add in the 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup and mix together. Last, add in the 2 whole eggs and mix together.

In another bowl, mix up all of the chocolate chip protein cookie ingredients of ABS Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake mix, almond flour, unsweetened almond milk, egg whites and baking powder to create the Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough.

Spray an 11 x 7 Baking Pan with non-stick cooking Spray. Pour half of the Chocolate Protein Brownie Batter into the pan. Then take spoonfuls of the Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough and drop into dollops spread throughout the brownie batter evenly (You will not spread the cookie dough, you will just place the cookie dough in small dollops like you would on a baking sheet all on top of the brownie mix). Then take the other half of the protein brownie and pour over top of the cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. You will want to check it at 15 minutes to make sure it’s cooking evenly. I use a toothpick and base it off the brownie being done all the way so that when you pull the toothpick out of the center it should be “clean” and not gooey batter. Once finished, remove from oven and let cool then enjoy this delicious Chocolate Protein Brookie any time!

The nutrition on this is a little tricky because it will really depend on how much of the Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie is in each part, but here is the approximation of this based on things being spread evenly, but this is based on 6 servings in the 11 x 7 pan of what 1 Serving is:
