Luau ABS Protein Pancakes

Carbohydrates: 30 g.
Fat: 6 g.


     Pancake Batter
     1 rounded scoop Cinnamon Swirl ABS Protein
     Pancake mix
     2 large egg whites
     1/3 c. Unsweetened almond milk

     1/2 c. 1% reduced fat cottage cheese
     1/2 T. Coconut cream
     1/2 c. Fresh or frozen pineapple

     1/4 c. Fresh mango, diced


     1. In a blender or food processor, blend icing ingredients for 10 seconds, or until smooth.
     2. Combine all pancake batter ingredients and prepare according to package instructions.
     3. To assemble, spread icing on each pancake and stack. Top with fresh mango. Enjoy!
