To make the Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes simply mix 1 Rounded Scoop of the Cinnamon Roll ABS Pancake mix with 1/3 cup liquid egg whites and 1/3 cup of water. Mix until you have a pancake batter consistency. Preheat a griddle to medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Pour the batter into 3-4 pancakes. Let the pancakes cook until the edges start to bubble (2-3 minutes) then flip over. Let cook on the other side for about 60-90 seconds.
