Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes with Healthy Icing

This delicious stack of Cinnamon Roll ABS Protein Pancakes is so easy to make, packed full of protein, low carb and tastes like Cinnamon Rolls with delicious icing!

With the icing, it will vary depending on the brands you use and how much of each ingredient.

To make this tasty recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • Cinnamon Roll ABS Protein Pancakes 
  • 1/3 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
  • 2 packets of Stevia
  • Drizzle of Sugar Free or 100% Maple Syrup
  • Dash Vanilla Extract

To make the Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes simply mix 1 Rounded Scoop of the Cinnamon Roll ABS Pancake mix with 1/3 cup liquid egg whites and 1/3 cup of water. Mix until you have a pancake batter consistency. Preheat a griddle to medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Pour the batter into 3-4 pancakes. Let the pancakes cook until the edges start to bubble (2-3 minutes) then flip over. Let cook on the other side for about 60-90 seconds. Remove from griddle when pancakes are fully cooked and plate to let cool a few minutes.

 

For the cream cheese "icing", simply take 1/4 cup of 0% Greek Yogurt and mix with a dash of Vanilla Extract, 2 packets (1 tsp.) of Stevia, and a dash of Sugar-Free Syrup. Once fully mixed you can top your pancakes with this delicious icing or you can layer the pancakes. Enjoy!
