Whipped Coffee seems to be the latest trend so we wanted to create a healthy whipped coffee layered with a delicious stack of Chocolate Chip Fudge Protein Pancakes to combine the delicious flavors of dark chocolate with the whipped frothy coffee!
Ingredients:
1 Scoop Chocolate Chip ABS Protein Pancakes Mix
1/3 Cup Water
1 Whole Egg
Combine ingredients and mix batter until you have a pancake batter consistency. (If better is too thick, simply add a little more water). Cook on a pre-heated griddle on medium heat for 2-3 minutes into 4 pancakes. Once the edges of the pancakes start to bubble up, then go ahead and flip them over and cook for about 90 seconds on the opposite side.
Once pancakes are done, plate them and let cool for a minute while you prepare your whipped coffee.
Whipped Coffee Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
2 Tbsp Swerve (Or Stevia)
2 Tbsp HOT Water
Combine all the ingredients into mixing bowl and using a hand mixer (or any mixer you have), mix the ingredients until they froth/fluff up.
Take the whipped coffee and layer in between each protein pancake then top off the pancakes with one big dollop and enjoy!
