Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and spray with non-stick spray. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (ABS Chocolate Chip Mix, Almond Flour, and Baking Powder) and stir together. In a microwave safe container, melt 1 stick of butter for 30-45 seconds. Pour melted butter, unsweetened apple sauce and vanilla extract into bowl with dry ingredients and mix well. Add in 1/2 cup Lilys Stevia Chocolate Chips and fold into mix. Once all of the ingredients are mixed well, using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, scoop evenly into lined muffin pan to fill each muffin liner about 1/2 way full into 12 servings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool. These are great for health on the go breakfast, meal prep, an afternoon sweet treat, and great for kids!
