Directions: Pre-heat a griddle to medium heat coated with non-stick spray. In a mixing container combine 1 scoop of Chocolate Chip ABS Protein Pancakes mix, 1/3 cup liquid egg whites and 1/3 cup of water. Mix together until you have a smooth pancake batter. Pour onto pre-heated griddle into 4 pancakes.
