Directions: Makes 6 cake poppers. Mix all of the ingredients together then scoop onto pan into 6 mini cake poppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy as they are or you can dip them in your favorite nut butter, yogurt, healthy icing, or whipped cream.
