Banana Nut Bread ABS Protein Pancakes

Pancake Batter
1 scoop Chocolate Chip ABS pancake mix
2 large egg whites
1/3 c. Unsweetened almond milk

Oat Crumble
1/2 T. Crushed walnuts
1/2 T. Brown sugar
1 T. Rolled oats
1/2 t. Ground cinnamon
1/4 t. Ground cloves

1/2 banana, sliced


  1. Combine all crumble ingredients and toast over medium low heat in a shallow skillet for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Combine all pancake batter ingredients and prepare according to package directions.
  3. To assemble, stack pancakes and top with crumble and sliced bananas. Enjoy!
