ABS Gingerbread Protein Waffles

Makes 2 Waffles:
Macros for 2 waffles:
- Fiber: 6.3g
- Sugar: 4g
Attributes: Gluten Free
1 rounded scoop of Cinnamon Protein Pancake mix
1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp ground ginger
4 each small candied ginger pieces, finely diced
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Spray waffle maker and divide mixture evenly between three waffle sections.
- Cook until golden brown and fluffy.
- Top with favorite sugar free syrup.
