ABS Cinnamon Protein Cookie Cups

Macros for 1 cookie:

Calories: 55

Carbohydrates: 3.2g

Fiber: 1.6g
Sugar: 0.7g

Protein: 7.1g

Attributes: Gluten Free, Sugar Free

Ingredients:

¾ cup ABS Cinnamon Protein Pancake Mix
3 tbsp Almond meal
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 cup Egg whites

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and line 7 cupcake cups and spray with pan spray.
Mix all ingredients.
Divide between cupcake cups and bake for 8 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
