ABS Cinnamon Protein Cookie Cups

Macros for 1 cookie:
- Fiber: 1.6g
- Sugar: 0.7g
Attributes: Gluten Free, Sugar Free
- ¾ cup ABS Cinnamon Protein Pancake Mix
- 3 tbsp Almond meal
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup Egg whites
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 7 cupcake cups and spray with pan spray.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Divide between cupcake cups and bake for 8 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
