1 rounded scoop of Cinnamon Pancake Protein Mix

1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup egg whites


  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Spray waffle maker and divide mixture evenly between three waffle sections.
  4. Cook until golden brown and fluffy. 

Apple Topping 


1/2 each apple, peeled, cored, and sliced

½ tsp coconut oil

2 tbsp sugar free syrup


  1. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add butter and apples. Sautee until tender.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add sugar free syrup and heat until just warm.
  4. Pour over waffles.
