Snickers Low Carb Protein Cupcakes!


Oh my goodness! Our friends over at Elli Quark Created this incredible recipe using the ABS Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake Mix and we just had to share it with you because it is so good!!!

(makes 6 cupcakes)
Recipe: Mix 2 Scoops of ABS Chocolate Chip Panackes, 2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1c milk, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2tbsp Truvia​ 1/2tsp baking powder. Fold in 3 beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Frosting: beat together 12oz Elli Quark​ Sea Salt Caramel, 1/2c Nuts'NMore Choco Peanut​ and drizzle with Lilys Chocolate melted Dark Choco Chips and garnish with salted peanuts!
