Meet these delicious almond chocolate chip cookies, inspired by @peanutbutterpluschocolate. Mine use Chocolate Chip ABS Protein Pancake Mix and a few crushed @amberlynchocolates dark chocolate almonds. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup chocolate chips Abs Protein Pancake mix, 2 TBS cashew or almond butter, 2 TBS Spectrum brand chocolate coconut flax, 3 TBS almond milk, 3 TBS egg white, 2 TBS zero-cal sweetener, 1 tsp melted coconut oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder. METHOD: stir it all up together. Crush four Amberlyns almonds and stir them in. Roll into 10 balls. Press down on parchment. Make 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Soft, flavorful with healthy fat.
