Or to put it another way…we don’t just treat or work on your surface level symptoms (weight gain, cravings, energy, emotional ups and downs…etc.), we go deep.

Absolutely not. We believe in a natural lifestyle and this involves helping you learn how to incorporate normal everyday foods (like pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, veggies, lean proteins) into a healthy, enjoyable diet. This means you'll learn how to piece together a meal which is both delicious AND contains all the right macronutrients to fuel your weight loss and nutrition goals.
The nutrition guide provides a list of foods for each macronutrient category. The benefit of this is if there's a particular food in a given meal's 5-6 different options you can't eat because of dietary restrictions, you can simply go to that specific macronutrient category and swap the item out for something on the list you can eat.
For example, if one of the meals in a given 'options program' says to have a delicious stack of ABS Protein Pancakes topped with grass fed butter, but you can’t eat butter, you'd simply go to the “Fats” category and select a different option on there (such as almond butter, peanut butter or coconut oil).
So not only is our guide clearly structured to provide you with a delicious and nutritious meal plan program, but it actually educates you on how to put meals together in a healthy way for yourself.
Yes! In fact there's 2 separate option meal plans in this guide: 1 based on women’s portion sizes and 1 based on men’s - this means you can use the ABS guide to create awesome healthy meals for you and your spouse or even the whole family!
Great question! My program is based on over 10 years of experience as a NASM Personal Trainer, during which time I've helped men and women all over the world hit their weight loss and nutrition goals. But to go a bit deeper, the core of the program is that it strictly focuses on natural foods - this means there's absolutely nothing artificial and/or full of chemicals and toxins in here. Additionally, the program emphasizes eating whole, pure foods - so instead of getting your carbs from processed flours like breads and pastas, you'll get them from things like sweet potatoes, brown rice, vegetables and fruit.
In short, this program is a 100% all natural, holistic approach to food.
Nope. We've structured the program so all you have to do is choose an item from each category and make sure to get the right portion sizes, so it's all very simple to follow - no apps or calorie counting needed.
The beauty of our nutrition guide is you can use it for the rest of your life. We believe in a healthy lifestyle, so with this guide, we didn't want to create just another 30-day diet program, we wanted to design a powerful tool - one to help you develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle for as long as you’d like!

Not much! Just a pair of dumbbells, sometimes a jump rope, and a bench/step/box. But don't worry, even if you don't have the above equipment, the program is so adaptable that there's an entire category for modifications and substitutions to help you work with whatever equipment you’ve got!
No way. These workouts were structured so that you can do them at home, at a hotel or apartment gym, with minimal equipment.
Each one is different, but every workout is designed to be super-effective and efficient, so typically you'll be done in 30 minutes-or-less depending on how quickly you move.
Absolutely! Our program's structured with modifications and substitutions in case there's an exercise you aren’t quite able to do just yet. This means you'll be able to modify any given workout or exercise down until you build up your strength. For example, with the recommended weights, there's a given range to choose from - so if you're brand new you can simply start with lighter weight, and if you're more advanced, you can increase your weight.
i.e., the program is completely adjustable to your fitness level!

Yes, but as we've structured each workout with an emphasis on maximum effort in minimal time, you'll most likely be pushed and challenged to your current capacity. Thus, we recommend you first start with just this program to see how you feel, and then proceed from there.
This program has 5 workouts per week (1 workout/day over 5 days) and 2 rest days per week (1 active rest and 1 full rest day). Furthermore, each of the 5 weekly workouts combine both strength and metabolic conditioning so you'll be getting your cardio and strength training all-in-one!
