Arm Workout Full Workout Video to Strengthen & Tone Your Arms with Dumbbells

This workout is strength focused on strengthening and sculpting your arms with your biceps, triceps and shoulders.

You will need 1 pair of dumbbells and a bench or chair to do this workout with me.

We will perform 3 Giant Sets total with 3 sets of each and 8 reps of each exercise:

  • Giant Set 1: 3 sets of 8 reps of: Side lateral raises Hammer Curls Tricep Kick Backs
  • Giant Set 2: 3 sets of 8 reps of each: Front Shoulder Raise Preacher Curls Overhead Tricep Extensions
  • Giant Set 3: Perform 3 sets of 8 reps of each exercise: Upright Rows Salute Curls Tricep Bench Dips Rest 30-45 seconds between each set.
