One of my favorite forms of exercise is weight lifting combined with cardio in the form of strength circuits! With this workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and some water! For women, an advanced dumbbell weight would be 25lbs and a beginner weight would be 10lbs. For men, an advanced weight would be 40-50lb dumbbells with a beginner weight being 20-30lbs. The idea behind this workout is to move as quickly as possible with the best form so that you are cutting out rest time which in turn means you are getting your strength training in along with cardio. Be sure to watch each movement thoroughly to make sure you full understand how to perform the exercise properly.
