Hey guys! Welcome to this compilation of my favorite leg workouts.
One of the things I get asked the most is: "What are some of the best exercises to build your strength and tighten up your legs?"
My favorite exercises are squats, lunges, and deadlifts. If you do not have a full gym for all of these movements, check the video to see what they look like with a pair of dumbbells:
- Squats: Place your feet parallel to your shoulders, and the dumbbells over your shoulders. Your back should be kept straight but the glutes are brought outwards, while bending the knees.
- Lunges: Place the dumbbells over your shoulders. We will then take a step forward. The torso should be kept as straight as possible and perpendicular to the ground during the movement, avoiding rocking as much as possible.
- Deadlifts: Grab the dumbbells and stand up straight with your arms extended downwards holding the dumbbells. Spread your legs slightly away from them and make sure you don't hunch over and try to relax.
