Welcome to another awesome workout!
All you need is dumbbells and either a towel, a mat, or a carpet. This workout is a quick one. Full-body, strengthening, and conditioning, all in one.
Three rounds of:
Determine the weight of your dumbbells. If you are a beginner, start with 10 to 15 pound dumbbells. If you are more advanced, you can go anywhere from 25 to 35 pound dumbbells.
Hold a hollow position with your feet and shoulder blades off the ground. Then lift your arms and legs up, forming the shape of a ‘V’ with both. When you go back, don’t touch the ground.
If you need a modification, you can do star crunches: Keep your feet and shoulder blades off the ground, forming an ‘X’ with your body. Then, grab your knees.
