At Home Body Weight Workout

This is a Follow Along Workout that requires no equipment other than your own body weight that can be done at the gym or at home.

It follows the rep scheme of 21-15-9 so it is fast and takes less than 15 minutes but will get you a total body workout.

As quickly and safely perform the following circuit for Time:

21 Squats

21 Situps

21 Burpees

15 Squats

15 Situps

15 Burpees

9 Squats

9 Situps

9 Burpees
