Hawaiian Five Spiced ABS Protein Pancakes

     Pancake Batter
     1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl ABS pancake mix
     2 egg whites
     1/3 c. 1% reduced fat milk
     1 1/2 t. Chinese five spice

     2 T. fat free cream cheese, softened
     1 t. ground ginger
     1/2 t. vanilla extract
     stevia, to taste

     1/4 c. frozen pineapple chunks, thawed


  1. In a small bowl, combine icing ingredients and stir until smooth. Add a few drops of water at a time to thin icing to make it spreadable. 
  2. Combine pancake batter ingredients and prepare according to package directions.
  3. Stack pancakes and top with icing and pineapple. Enjoy!
