Dumbbell Conditioning Strength Circuit with Thrusters Full Workout

How do you get in shape, lose weight, and tone your total body with minimal equipment? With this workout right here! 

All you need is a pair of dumbbells like usual to get in this awesome workout! The format is as follows: 

3 Rounds for Time of:

5 Burpees

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

15 Situps

Complete this as a circuit (back to back with no rest) with a moderately heavy weight. You can do this workout on your own or you can follow along the workout with me.
