ABS Chocolate Mug Cake

  • 2 ½ tsp egg whites
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Gluten free flour
  • 1 tbsp ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Protein Pancake Mix
  • ¼ tsp baking powder



  1. Spray a coffee cup mug that can be microwaved.
  2. Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
  3. Pour into coffee cup and microwave on high for a minute and a half.
  4. Top with favorite fruit or sugar free syrup and enjoy!
