ABS Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 9 cookies

Calories: 67

Fat: 3.8g

Carbohydrates: 3.8g

  • Fiber: 1.4g
  • Sugar: 1.4g

Protein: 6.5g

Attributes: Gluten Free

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup ABS Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake Mix
  • 3 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, all natural
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon size cookies and press down. Bake for 10 minutes.
