Simply mix 1 rounded scoop of the ABS Vanilla batter with 1/3 cup of almond milk and 1/3 cup of egg whites. Then add 1 to 2 tbsp. of peanut flour to add a little extra fluff. Cook the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown then you have this fluffy stack of pancakes with no added sugars or fillers. Under 8G net carbs and over 24G of protein!
