Spiced PB & J ABS Protein Pancakes

Pancake Batter
1 rounded scoop ABS Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancake mix
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup Fair Life nonfat milk

Raspberry Jam
3 oz. fresh raspberries
2 T. water
1 t. ground cinnamon
1-2 dashes ground cayenne pepper

1/2 T. natural creamy peanut butter
3 oz. fresh raspberries


  1. In a small saucepan, heat raspberries and water over medium heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes until berries break down. Add cinnamon and cayenne pepper and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture has reduced by half. Remove from heat and let thicken.
  2. Combine all pancake batter ingredients and prepare according to package directions.
  3. To assemble: Spread a small amount of jam on each pancake and stack, placing fresh berries in between each layer. Warm peanut butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds to soften and drizzle over the top of your pancake stack. Enjoy!
