Banana Split ABS Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancake Batter
1 rounded scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter mix
2 large egg whites
1/3 c. 1% reduced fat milk
Strawberry Sauce
4 medium fresh strawberries, tops removed
1 T. water
Chocolate Sauce
1/2 T. cocoa powder
1 T. water
1/2 T. granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat strawberries and water over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until berries break down and reduce by half. Remove and let thicken.
  2. Combine all pancake batter ingredients and prepare according to package directions, forming small, 3-in. wide pancakes.
  3. To assemble: Arrange pancakes in a shallow, oblong dish. Slice banana and two strawberries and place on top of pancakes. Drive with strawberry and chocolate sauce and top with a dollop of Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
