There's nothing like some healthy guilt free pancakes topped with peanut butter. It's like cake with icing BUT HEALTHY! =D
The other great thing is that you can eat this meal at any time of the day!
1 Rounded Scoop of ABS Vanilla Cake Batter
1/3 cup of liquid egg white
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 TBSP of Peanut Butter - Powdered PB2 (or of your choice)
HOW TO MAKE>>>>
This simple stack is made first by mixing the scoop of ABS Vanilla Cake Batter with the 1/3 cup of liquid egg white and 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk. *Be sure to stir mix until there are no clumps* Then cook the pancakes for about 30 to 45 seconds on each side until golden brown. Then to top the fluffy vanilla pancakes, you add the PB2 peanut butter preferably while the pancakes are still hot so the peanut butter can melt a little bit over the pancakes.
