Almond bar, Cocoa Ice-cream topped Protein Pancakes... (low sugar!)

Can you believe that all of this is a post workout meal?! Looks like a dessert right? It can be that too ;)

Why not spice things up with this awesome recipe after your next workout! Wouldn't you like this for a post workout meal instead of a shake? We think yes...

Ingredients:

Pancakes

1 Rounded Scoop ABS vanilla cake batter

1/3 cup of liquid egg whites

1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

peanut butter flavored whey protein drizzle

1 handful of fresh blueberries

chopped cocoa almond squarebars

cocoa dough winkdesserts ice-cream

HOW TO MAKE>>>>> :)

To make this yummy postworkout meal you start with mixing up the 1 scoop ABS vanilla cake batter with the 1/3 cup of liquid egg whites and 1/3 cup of almond milk. (stir until there are no clumps) Then cook the protein pancakes until they have reached a perfectly golden brown on each side. Now you are going to top the pancakes with the peanut butter flavored whey protein drizzle, then add the fresh blueberries, then thirdly adding the chopped cocoa almond squaresbars. Then lastly, add the delicious cocoa dough winkdesserts ice-cream right on top. And there you have it! A delicious postworkout meal/dessert!
