Bacon Cups filled with Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes!

Ingredients and Directions:

1 Scoop ABS Chocolate Chip Pancakes

1/3C Egg Whites

1/3C Unsweetened Almond Milk

Diced Apples

2-4 Slices Turkey Bacon


Directions: Combine ABS Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Egg Whites and Unsweetened almond milk until you have a smooth batter (add additional liquid if necessary). Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 350. Line the inner muffin hole with the turkey bacon (or regular bacon)to create the round frame. Pour evenly inside each turkey bacon liner the ABS Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix. Top off with diced apples and dash of cinnamon. Baked for 10 minutes or until golden brown and moist.
