Chocolate Chip Protein Brownie+Cinnamon Ice Cream and Chocolate Coconutter!

Chocolate Chip Protein Brownie with Cinnamon "Ice Cream" drizzled with Chocolate Coconutter!



Chocolate Chip Brownie:

1 Scoop of ABS Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix

1/2 cup Egg Whites

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk


Mix ingredients together and in a small baking pan (5x5 or 6x6) bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked (Make sure not to overcook).


Cinnamon Ice Cream:

1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein

Dash of Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk


Mix ingredients together and place in freezer for 15 minutes (perfect for while the brownie is baking)



Once Brownie is finished baking and has cooled (allow 10 minutes to cool some), cut into 4 slices and place onto plate. Top with the Cinnamon Protein ice Cream. Take 1 Tbsp of Coconutter Chocolate Brownie and microwave for 10 seconds then drizzle on top of the protein brownie and enjoy! (Whole recipe serves 2)
