Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Oat Flour
3 Tbsp Peanut Flour
Directions: Mix 3/4 scoop of ABS Protein Pancake Chocolate Chip with 1/3c liquid egg whites and 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk. Add in 1 tbsp oat flour and 3 tbsp peanut flour to mix (may need to add a little more almond milk to make a smooth consistency). Spray a non-stick rounded baking pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Over 30g Protein and under 300 Calories for this Entire cookie cake! Enjoy!
