Vanilla Cake Batter Waffles


Only 10g of carbs on this entire plate of Vanilla Cake Batter Waffles and Icing!


  • 1 rounded scoop vanilla cake batter abs protein pancake mix
  • 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 egg, whole


  • 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • enough water to make it a saucy consistency
  • pinch of beet root powder


  1. Whisk all waffle ingredients together until smooth and pour into your waffle maker. Cook until golden brown.
  2. Stir protein powder and water together, adding it one tablespoon at  a time until you reach your desired consistency. Pour half of the icing in a separate cup and add a pinch of beet root powder and mix well.
  3. Drizzle icing over waffles and enjoy!
