Apple Pie à la Mode ABS Protein Pancakes

Carbohydrates: 24g.
Fat: 3g.

Ingredients

     Pancake Batter
     1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl ABS pancake mix
     2 egg whites
     1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk

     Apple Pie Filling
     1/2 cortland apple, peeled and sliced
     2 pinch ground cinnamon
     1 pinch ground nutmeg
     1 pinch ground cloves
     1 T. water

     Garnish
     1/4 c. arctic zero vanilla maple ice cream

Ingredients

  1. In a small dish, combine apple pie filling ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until apples are just softened and sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
  2. While apples are cooking, combine all pancake batter ingredients and prepare according to package directions.
  3. Stack warm pancakes with apples and ice cream. Enjoy!
