Waffles

Ingredients:

1 rounded scoop of ABS Cinnamon Protein Pancake Mix

1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup egg whites

1 tbsp Dried Cranberries

¼ apple peeled and diced

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Spray waffle maker and divide mixture evenly between three waffle sections.
  4. Cook until golden brown and fluffy.
