ABS Blueberry Cinnamon Protein Waffles

Makes 2 Waffles:

Macros for 2 waffles:

Calories: 202

Fat: 2.7g

Carbohydrates: 24.4g

  • Fiber: 2.8g
  • Sugar: 11.6g

Protein: 26.4g

Attributes: Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free

Waffles 

Ingredients:

1 rounded scoop of Cinnamon Protein Pancake mix

1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup egg whites

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Spray waffle maker and divide mixture evenly between three waffle sections.
  4. Cook until golden brown and fluffy.

Blueberry Compote

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen

2 tbsp water

¼ tsp Granulated Stevia – to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until it reduces down some but making sure some of the berries are still whole.
  3. Place on top of waffles
