Whip up some ABS Cinnamon Roll pancakes by mixing 1 rounded scoop of the ABS Cinnamon mix with 1/3 cup of egg-white and 1/3 cup of almond milk (stir well). Then after cooking the pancakes, layer them with low fat Greek yogurt then topping them off with fresh sliced strawberries to make this low carb healthy breakfast (or any meal).
