ABS Cinnamon Roll Protein Waffle

Cinnamon Roll  Protein Waffle with a Dollop Of "icing"

This recipe comes to us from our awesome Instragram follower @kellyufit

Simply Mix ABS Cinnamon Roll Pancakes with 1/3 c Egg Whites (or 1 whole egg) and 1/3 cup almond milk and put in waffle maker. Once Protein Waffle is fully cooked top it off with greek yogurt or Fat Free Cream Cheese and some sugar free Syrup!

 

Gluten Free. All Natural. High Protein. Under 10g Net Carbs. Non GMO.
