Carrot Cake Pancakes!? Oh yes, but don't worry we kept them healthy so you can still stay fit, work on your ABS and eat things like dessert and pancakes every day :)
This tasty recipe comes from our friend @njstramfam and is so simple and not joke you will feel like you are cheating on your nutrition, but we promise you aren't :)
You can make these protein pancakes using ABS Vanilla Cake Batter mix and simply replace some of the almond milk with baby carrot food you can use your own pureed carrots, but I found the canned baby carrot food was super easy. The icing is 1/4 cup low fat cream cheese, melted and mixed with 2T plain greek yogurt, ground cinnamon, and xylitol. Layer the pancakes with the protein icing and top it all off with some chopped pecans and Sweet Spreads Cinnamon Coconutter!
