Healthy Birthday Cake Pancakes

Is it your birthday or a friends birthday??

This is a perfect way to celebrate a birthday while still eating clean! =)

Ingredients:

Pancakes-

1 Rounded Scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter

1/3 cup liquid egg whites

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 

Icing Topping-

1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder mixed with enough unsweetened almond to make runny.

Pinch of Sprinkles

HOW TO MAKE>>

For this healthy stack of birthday cake pancakes you first mix the 1 scoop of ABS Vanilla Cake Batter with the 1/3 liquid egg white and 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Be sure to mix until smooth with no clumps. Then pour the pancakes on a skillet and let them cook until golden brown on each side. While the pancakes are cooking, you can mix the 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein with the almond milk until there is a runny consistency (like you see above). Then when the pancakes are done cooking, pour the healthy icing over the pancakes, it should melt a little bit :) Then lastly, throw the sprinkles on top and there you have a healthy birthday cake!
