One important factor when working your abdominal muscles is to remember that your abs are like every other muscle group so you do not need to work them every day AND it is also good to build strength and make them "pop" by incorporating a little bit of resistance in your AB Exercises. In today's video, we demonstrate a few different ab exercises that work great with just a dumbbell or weighted plate to add some resistance to your ab workouts. *This is especially good to do if you feel like you have hit a plateau in your ab workouts adding resistance is a great way to challenge your core in a different way.
