We are all about ABS! ABS Pancakes, ABS Workouts, ABS Motivation, ABS Nutrition so as we promised in our ABS Recipe video we will be bringing you some quick AB Workouts as well. This is a simply AB Workout using only your body weight that can be done in under 5 minutes.
Simply perform these exercises in the form of a circuit to hit your Oblique's, Upper ABdominals, Low ABdominals and a little bit of cardio! Perform each exercise for 15 seconds for a total of 3 rounds (If you are more advanced then up the time to 30 seconds and go for 5 rounds for an extra ab burn and cardio)!
