Guilt Free Late Night Pancakes! (Low Carb & Low Sugar)

I know what your thinking "how can you eat pancakes at night before bed?..." right?

Actually ABS Pancakes are actually good to eat at night! This is because there are multiple types of protein in the pancakes and one type being casein. Casein filled foods, if you haven't heard, is one of the best things you can eat before bed because it's slow digesting. Not eating for 6 to 8 hours while you sleep can lead to your body going catabolic. In other words, your body uses your muscle for an energy source rather than food because your body never stops working, even while you sleep. The slow absorption rate of casein helps your body stay fueled and recover throughout the night.
