Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pancake sandwich (LOW CARB)

 

Holy Crap! Can you believe that a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich can be low carb?!

Well you better believe it! We've done it again bringing you another amazingly tasting but also healthy LOW CARB recipe! That is also gluten free, all natural, and non GMO, which makes this a winner in our book!

Ingredients:

1 Scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Mix

1/3 cup liquid egg white

1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

2 Canadian Bacon slices

1 Whole sunny-side up egg

 

Directions: Combine 1 scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Mix with 1/3 cup of the liquid egg whites and 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk. This should make 4 perfectly golden pancakes. After cooking the two slices of Canadian Bacon and 1 whole sunny-side up egg, you just simply stack the bacon and egg in between each pancake just like the picture above, making for a mouth watering breakfast sandwich.  :)
