Just when you thought it couldn't get any better we have a protein waffle bacon egg and cheese sandwich that will knock your socks off!
Best part is that it is so simple to make! Loaded with protein but NOT the calories and carbs. LOW CARB PROTEIN SANDWICH!
1 Scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter
1/3 c egg whites
1/3 c unsweetened almond milk
*Mix these ingredients together and cook in a waffle iron.
Once waffle is finished place in 1 whole fried egg, 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon, 1/4 cup fat free cheese and soak in sugar free syrup and enjoy!!
