Vanilla Cupcake Pancakes with Cupcake Coconutter and "Icing"!

We love cake and we know most of our ABS Lovers also love cake! Well our friends at Sweet Spreads have an awesome Vanilla Cupcake Coconutter flavor that we thought would be the perfect combo with our ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Protein Pancakes!!

Super easy recipe!

1 Scoop ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Protein Pancakes

1/3 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1/3 Cup liquid Egg Whites

1 Tbsp Sweet Spreads Vanilla Cupcake

1/4 cup Greek Yogurt

Stevia (to taste)

 

Directions: Combine ABS Vanilla Cake Batter, almond milk, and egg whites together and mix until smooth consistency is created (if necessary add some water to thin out the batter to desired thickness). Cook pancakes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

In the mean time, combine greek yogurt and stevia together to create "icing". When pancakes have completely cooked layer the pancakes with Greek Yogurt Icing. Top pancakes with remaining "icing" then take the 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Cupcake Coconutter and microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle Coconutter on top of Pancakes. Add on a few Pumpkin Spice Almonds (optional) and enjoy!
